About Shipping
Generally, we will ship your order within 1-2 business days after receiving it (excluding our store's holidays).
Delivery method is Yamato Transport's "Kuroneko Yamato Takkyubin".
If the product is made to order or out of stock, we will contact you with the expected delivery date.
Shipping costs are generally 900 yen nationwide.
When placing your order, please indicate your desired delivery time slot.
If you purchase two or more items, we will ship them together unless you specify otherwise. However, we cannot ship items purchased on different days together. (If you are planning to purchase a large quantity, please contact us in advance. We will contact you separately.)
If you don't receive an email after placing your order
Once you have purchased a product, you will receive an "order confirmation email" immediately after placing your order. If you do not receive an email, your order may not have been completed yet.
If you have not received an order confirmation email even though your order has been confirmed, please contact us using the inquiry form.
Please also double-check that the email address you registered is correct.
Depending on the email software you use, emails from our store may be judged as "spam" or "virus email" and not delivered to your inbox.
If the email address you registered is an email address of a mobile phone carrier, the email may not be delivered due to spam filters.
To avoid this, we recommend that you register a PC address. If you are using a mobile phone address, please set it up so that you can receive emails from the domain "store@nutsaboutcollectibles.com".
Payment
Available payment methods are bank transfer and credit card payment.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and JCB credit cards.
Our store uses the Shopify Payment system.
We comply with PCI DSS, the international security standard for protecting credit card information, ensuring safe transactions.
If you pay by bank transfer, we will send you the bank transfer information in the "Order Confirmation Email" that we will send you after you have completed your order.
*We apologize for the inconvenience, but please bear the bank transfer fee.
*Please make the payment within 2 days of confirming your order. If we are unable to confirm your payment within 2 days, we will cancel your order.
*We will ship the product after confirming the payment, so it may not arrive by the desired delivery date. Thank you for your understanding.
*If you wish to transfer under a name other than the name on your order, please let us know in the comments section when placing your order.
About Purchase
If you have ordered the wrong product, you can cancel your order before it is shipped. Please contact us via the inquiry form.
We will ship your order as soon as possible after receiving it, so in some cases, we may have to ask you to cancel your order after it has been shipped.
Please note that if you make a mistake in your order, the return will be considered a customer-specific return and you will be responsible for the return shipping fees and bank transfer fees.

Returns Policy
Returns will only be accepted if the box in which it was sent is unopened.
Returns for other reasons
Returns are only possible if the item is incorrectly delivered due to our mistake. (We cannot accept returns due to customer's convenience or if the item is in a different condition than expected.)
Return deadline
Please contact us by email and return the product within 2 days of receiving it.
In this case, only unopened items are eligible.
If damage is discovered that was not present when the item was shipped, we will not be able to accept the return.
Products must be unused and unopened.
If you contact us or return the product after two days from the date of arrival, we will not be able to accept the return, regardless of whether the return was due to a mistake on our part or for reasons of your own convenience.
Additionally, we will not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than product defects if the product itself or its packaging is damaged or missing.
Return Shipping Fee
If the product is defective or incorrect due to our mistake, we will refund or exchange the product, but we will cover the shipping costs.
If you cancel for your own reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email within 2 days of receiving the item.
Once we receive your contact, we will contact you with the next steps.
If you wish to return an item, please be sure to contact us before sending it in. If you do not contact us in advance or if you do not receive a confirmation email from us, we will not be able to accept your return.
Important points to note when returning items
When returning the product, please pack it securely to prevent damage to the product.
If, upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we find any damage that was not communicated to us as the reason for return, we will be unable to exchange or refund the item.
