Which payment method is available?

We accept bank transfer and credit card (Visa/Master/AMEX)
Some items are only available for bank transfer payment.
We will send you our bank account information when you inquire us
We have US/Europe/Singapore bank account.
So you can transfer the amount domestically, not internationally.

Do you ship to my country?

Please add an item to cart and proceed to check out or contact us.
Available countries are displayed when you fill out your shipping address.

How do you ship the item?

All items are shipped via DHL Express.
Normally, ordered Item will be shipped in 1-2 working days after payment received.
Tracking number will be provided, and insurance will cover if the item is damaged or missing in the shipping process.

The shipping cost will be applied to items of under the amount.

Asia: From 27 USD
All other regions : From 40 USD

All costs are automatically converted to your currency when you check out.
Same shipping cost for up to 5 items
The shipping cost includes full insurance for item.

 

How much the import tax(VAT/GST) and duty will be?

International buyer has a responsibility to pay import duties, taxes or charges such as VAT or GST.

Can you declare lower value on shipping label to avoid paying huge tax?

Since we're registered retailer in Japan, we do not accept to declare lower value.
We declare full value of item.

 

What is the return policy?

We only accept the return in the case of mistake such as item is not matched which you ordered , in 14 days after your receive.

We don't accept any return and refund requests because of the item is not what you thought or other reason.
